Christi Chambers is CoastalCreativ’s President & CMO. Christi offers nearly 30 years of professional marketing experience in all areas of print and digital marketing to CoastalCreativ. She will be assisting both CoastalCreativ and our customers reach their full marketing potential and gain greater exposure. Throughout her career, Christi’s has successfully provided marketing services for the following industries throughout her career: insurance, commercial construction, real estate, commercial leasing, manufacturing, engineering, higher education, music, medical, dental, pharmaceutical and more. Christi has worked for many industry leaders such as The Clark Construction Group, Inc., Thomas & Hutton Engineering, Brasseler USA, Coastal Carolina University, Evolution Scientific,  and Acuvizori, LLC. 

Christi was a studio art major and is a proud alumnus of the University of South Carolina (Coastal Carolina College). Christi was previously a licensed real estate agent for 23 years, a franchise owner and is the owner of a marketing agency since 2009 where she provides pro bona work to start-ups and other select clients in her spare time as a way to give back to her local community.

Andrew Mullican is the founder of Mullican Designs based in GA. He is a strategic partner with CoastalCreativ. Since 2011, Andy has successfully worked jointly and side-by-side on over 25 active web, eCommerce, and app design projects with Christi Chambers. Andy is a talented web designer, graphic designer who is also a developer and programmer who can provides a more technical approach and backend programming skills to the entire CoastalCreativ team and its customers.

John McIntyre is a Strategic Partner with CoastalCreativ. He provides over 20 years of proven Project Management and leadership to our customers.

Crystal Taylor is a Strategic Partner with CoastalCreativ and will be working with our customers to manage all of their event management needs.

Kurt Russell has over 30 years of experience designing and developing websites for his customers. As a strategic partner with CoastalCreativ, he provides a more technical approach to our customer’s websites. He has worked with past customers such as: Governmental agencies, Museums, Restaurants, Manufacturers, Real Estate, Independent Artists and Authors, Art Galleries, Marinas and more for customers mostly located in the Grand Strand region, but also throughout the U.S., Bahamas, and Canada. 

Kathy McWilliams is a Strategic Partner with CoastalCreativ. She provides Photography and Videography services to our customers.

The Response-able author, mentor, and leader has  for over 30 years, as a parent, grandmother, educator, and researcher, I have passionately pursued to understand the characteristics of effective adult-youth interactions. Through the research I’ve conducted, as well as stories gathered along this journey, I’ve heard many adults talk about time and circumstances are what decides a person’s life story. Yet, the truth is, a life story is merely an accumulation of the daily interactions experienced with others, and with ourselves. And, the interactions throughout childhood are the most critical because that communication establishes the foundation and initial perceptions used to create a life story.

In the first years of life, children are actively gathering clues about who to trust, how to get their personal desires met, and what to expect. Every day, they seek to know more. Every day, they are building fundamental associations about how to interact in their world. They use these clues to make sense of their world. They only know what they know, and at first that is not much. As the younger person accumulates more life experiences, they continue gathering clues. They gather most of their clues from the interactions they have with adults.

In the decades of studying effective, vs. ineffective, adult-youth interactions, I have realized fundamental insights, tools, and strategies to help maximize and accelerate a younger person’s learning and personal development. I feel excited and privileged to share this knowledge and practice with parents, teachers, and others who regularly interact with the youth. I wholeheartedly believe when more adults can intentionally and effectively interact with the youth, we can sculpt more empowering life stories, which will ultimately make the world a better place to be. We can do this, one interaction at a time.
